How to print your memorial stationery

How to print your memorial cards, prayer cards, thank-you cards, and bookmarks. Choose home printing or bring your PDF to a print shop that can print and trim cardstock.

Weeve supplies the digital files. Printing, cutting, envelopes, and delivery are arranged separately.

Start with the print sheet

  1. Open the stationery builder, or use Matching memorial stationery in your program’s Review & download step. Check the name, dates, artwork, and wording for each format.
  2. Choose US Letter or A4 under Printing paper, to match the paper you or the shop will use.
  3. Unlock your memorial set or program, then choose Download print sheet. Use that downloaded PDF for printing. The free preview has a PREVIEW watermark.

Download all four gives you a four-page PDF, one format per page. Print only the page you need, or print each page separately if you want different quantities.

Plan your paper and quantities

The PDF already arranges several pieces on each sheet. All four formats are flat and single-sided, including the thank-you card. Their backs are blank.

Printing at home

Choose matte cardstock rated for your printer’s inkjet or laser process. Check the printer manual for supported paper weights and the correct tray before buying or loading thick stock. A smooth finish keeps small text clear; try a sample before buying a full pack.

  1. Open the downloaded PDF in a PDF reader. Use the print sheet, rather than a screenshot or the free preview.
  2. Match the paper size and page orientation. Choose Letter or A4 to match the PDF. Let the viewer choose portrait or landscape from the page, or match it manually.
  3. Print at Actual size or 100%. Turn off Fit, Shrink to fit, borderless enlargement, and two-sided printing. Set one PDF page per sheet; the cards are already arranged on it.
  4. Print one proof first. Check spelling, colors, and small text. Measure between the cut guides against the finished size above. If anything is clipped, check the paper size, orientation, and printer margins before printing the batch.
  5. Trim after the ink is dry. Use a paper trimmer or ask a shop to cut the sheets. Follow the small external cut marks, not the decorative border. Keep an uncut proof as a size reference when trimming removes the guides.
